The Google Adwords user interface is made to be relatively user friendly for new users. However, that doesn’t mean that it’s going to walk you through things like maximizing your budget, getting targeted impressions, and using all the many time management and ad creation tools they have in place.
If my guesstimation is correct, you can watch and learn from this really awesome newbie-friendly tutorial in under 50 minutes. I’ve seen companies who charge over $100 for Adwords courses like this one. Overview of Each Video:
- Using Labels
- Using Automated Rules
- Setting up Advanced Filters
- Consolidate all your campaigns using a Share Budget
- Using MCC’s (for agencies and client services) and setting up consolidated billing with your Google rep
- How to use Adwords scripts for time management
- Streamlining ad management with the Adwords Editor
- Micro-niching your big keywords using the Keyword Grouping tool in Adwords Editor.
- Bulk editing words and phrases in all your ads using the Adwords UI
- Tips for using the Auction Insights tool to track your competitors impressions against your own
- Analyzing CPP (Consumer’s Path to Purchase) of all your advertising methods to determine the channels that users are taking to get to your sales page.
