- My biggest setback with regard to internal feedback is my drive to impress others (ie., ego) rather than setting and focusing on goals that matter most to me personally.
- External feedback? Oh boy, that’s a whole other ball of wax I’ll have to discuss with my psychologist (if I ever get one!)
