At 13 Years Old, Shubham Banerjee Becomes the Youngest Entrepreneur to Receive Venture Capital Funding

Meet Shubham Banerjee, 13, the inventor of Braigo and Founder of Braigo Labs Inc.

He is certainly not an ordinary kid. If you are 13-year-old and you are an inventor and a founder of a company, you are not considered as ordinary.

Shubham here, in my opinion, is beyond that ‘not ordinary’ category: At his age, he has received VC funding for his invention, turning him into the youngest Entrepreneur to receive venture capital funding.

What is his invention? A low-cost Braille printer. Created using Lego Mindstorm. AWESOME.

He has made his appearance at Intel Capital Summit 2014 in a keynote with with Arvind Sodhani, President, Intel Capital and Cory Johnson, Bloomberg.
