Forget Google. Their offices have received so much coverage from around the web, so it’s no use talking about Google offices. I want something else; a mid-sized company which office not many talk about. When you asked me, “Which company’s office is your ideal office?” I’d answer, “Envato.”
Envato? Yep. Founded in 2006, The 100-employee Envato operates several online marketplaces, such as ThemeForest, CodeCanyon, GraphicRiver and so on. The company facilitates digital goods exchange from thousands of indie sellers and authors to web developers, design agencies and webpreneurs.
I am an Envato customer, and as I love anything design, I always intrigued by the design of their Melbourne office. Let’s pay them a visit 🙂
So, welcome to Envato! At the entrance of the Envato office in Melbourne, Australia, you’ll be greeted with the familiar Envato logo.
Entering Envato, you can’t help that sense of coziness. The outdoor look inside is even more emphasized by the brick walls and fancy bench. The guy you see here? He’s Envato co-founder and CEO, Collis Ta’eed.
Envato’s business is all about creativity, so no wonder if you see this in the CEO office. My kinda dream office. Wow.
And when you need one of those one-on-one convo with your colleague, this place will keep you inspired…
There will be a need for executive meetings, such as the discussion for Envato’s vision for 2020. So, let’s do the meeting behind closed doors – in style:
How about the staffs? The open office plan helps productive collaboration among team members, like this one:
The team is working really hard in making sure Envato’s business runs like a well-oiled machine. When you are playin’, you ARE playin’ hard…
Team chemistry in Envato office seems really good; supported by a great work environment, this is not a rare sight:
Envato seems like a great place to work. Agreed?
