The latest grand intro of Apple iPhone 6 has stirred some debate: Is it worthy crashing the Apple site with pre-orders? Is the large display worth to compensate the outdated tech?
One thing for sure, competitors know how to hijack and troll the launch. One of those is from Apple’s arch-competitor, Samsung.
In their latest commercial, Samsung feature Galaxy Note 4, with the statement: “The Next Big Thing is about more than just size.” Samsung also stated that they are the pioneer of the large display genre. What’s interesting is the commercial features social media comments that are dissing the iPhone 6, shouting “copycat” and “outdated.”
Well played, Samsung. Well played. Or not. The commercial means two things: Samsung Galaxy Note 4 will be way cooler than iPhone 6 OR Samsung acknowledge that iPhone is doing things right, so they decide to troll and ride the hype.
